Ordered but not delivered and bad attitude

I and my colleagues have always ordered food from Engene Corner Bakery since we were referred by another friend of mine that we order food and they deliver. They have delivered food every time we ordered and last week Friday the 15th February 2013 I called 0136971009 to order food as always and the lady who picked up food gave me attitude that they don't deliver if only one item is ordered while all along they delivered.

So I asked them since when because you have always delivered? We are just one street away from them and they never had a problem to deliver. She said to me they will deliver Streers Orders because their orders are over R50 to R100 and the cannot deliver R20 ordered food. Because all along they did deliver, we used to place more than ten orders through them and at times one order or two just held back and we ordered separately and even then they did not have a problem.

So the lady told me with an attitude, I'm gonna have to be patient as they are delivering big orders first and mine can arrive an hour and half later so because I was very busy and could not go out to get the food, I said its okay I will wait. It was 13:00 when I ordered and was not delivered.
