Disgusting service!

Waiting more than an hour for my delivery and it still has not arrives! When I call in I am told "Sorry madam but we just don't have enough card machines. If you were paying cash you probably would have received your order in 45 minutes" and I am literally less than 4km away from the store. How is poor management (not having enough card machines) my problem? And yet I will have to pay for delivery. Gosh, the level of service in SA is despicable.
