Horrible delivery service

On wednesday 20th march, i made an order to nandos and asked if they do deliveries. i was told yes they do. i asked if i can pay with a card and was told yes, i can. then i gave nandos my card details and address and waited for the delivery. 1 hour later i got a please call me asking we to call a number back. i called it and was told that they lost my address details. seriously, they loose my details and they send me a please call me!!!
then i gave them my address again and about 20 minutes later got my cold half chicken meal!
about 30 minutes later there was a knock at my door and i found a nandos employee waiting who then told me they wanted credit card details because they missed some numbers.
I had to drive to the nandos at broadacres to swipe my card for the food!
This is the worst service i have experienced in a very long time. i did not expect this from nandos.
