Terrible service

I booked our staff function at centre court ushaka on the 7th of December. I went to ushaka at centre court on the Tuesday to personally go book my reservation with the girl in charge of reservations I phoned on the Thursday again to confirm my booking. We went there for our function last night to be told sorry we can't have our staff function there coz they over booked!! Myself and allot of people were turned away. I just feel very iterated that all my staff members arrived all dressed up for their Christmas function to be told ushaka a centre court had no idea how to run their business!!
