Shocking service at Santa Rosa Spur. Ended up having to go home and along with 4 other friends from work, try defrost something instead. Andre van der Schyffer was the manager on duty and definitely not up to scratch.

We have been going to this Spur for their Monday night burger special as a group for months. We finish work at 10pm, so we place our orders at 9-45pm and arrive shortly after 10pm. Tonight I called to place the order and got told that I couldn't place the order as their closing time was 10pm. This has never been the case to date. When I disputed this with the manager, Andre van der Schyffer, he told me the grill was switched off.

The issue is that myself and four friends from work have been doing this for so long that we no longer prepare food for Monday evenings. Getting home that late and still having to take something out the freezer to defrost and then cook is impractical.
