The most unhappy, careless, proud, irritated manager in KFC Diepkloof Square, I didn't even get his name. He is soooo undeserving of his position, that a wake up call for him will be a demote him to e.g.washing dishes would help him appreciate a job and be humbled so he can recognize the importance of dealing with others with UBUNTU.

We did a drive-thru and bought 12 hot wings (on the 13th of October 20:00pm) but only after the lady serving us had punched in the bill, did i suggest that she rather make it 8 since i wont be having some.
The lady was a bit hesitant (second later we came to know why) she calls her manager to come cancel and this manager without even asking whats going on, starts shouting (with this anger and hate) at this lady telling her how she is "Voiding too much".
So we try to explain that its not her fault, we changed our own minds. It was like he didn't even hear us talk or even acknowledge that we were there in front of him screaming at his employee, once he was done he walked off.

SO I ask KFC: are we not allowed to change our minds about what we buy? Can I feel comfortable with changing my mind if ever, worrying that i will deal with a raging manager??
