No Monday burger special clarification

Ruimsig Spur, dinner treat for my family on a Monday night for the special.
Simple order, single burger extra sauce. Double burger and kids pizza."Please bring OUR extra burgers once we've finished eating."

Queried this, only single burgers on special. No mention had been made when OUR extra burgers were discussed, nor was any reconciliation or even a sorry given.
Manager Isaac checking on tables happened to query if all was well. I took this up with him & queried where any notice was to confirm double burgers were any where around us. He apologised & that was the end of that.
Bill was brought, Spur card not requested, what's the point of it???
Then and only then did a senior manager come to query the problem.
Too late!!

This is not the first time, got a burger previously on take away that distinctly had a bite out of the patty.
If this is your "The taste for life" it's shocking!
Service levels need to be reviewed, try getting waiters that speak English.
Spur group might never see us again
