Got half a unreal breakfast

So this morning my wife and I stop by Santa Rosa Spur for a take away unreal breakfast. I pay, go to Woolies and come back to collect my order. As I got to the office and open it, I notice there was no chips included. I then call and spoke to the same lady that assisted me at Santa Rosa Spur. She told me I can come collect it, to which I inform her I cannot go out of the office a that moment. She told me a manager will call me to rectify the issue, well not surprised that I was not called.
