Food Poisoning at Spur / No response from manage

I went to dinner with friends at Spur on Friday night last week (10/05/2013) and ordered a Goodie Burger. About twenty to thirty minutes after finishing my meal, I had to run to the bathroom and I proceeded to throw up everything I had just eaten. I just wanted to go home so my friends asked for the bill, we paid and I reported the incident to the manager who said I should call her if I am still ill the next morning.

After a weekend of vomiting and diarrhoea (Mothers Day weekend), I called her on Monday to say that I was still ill. She told me that she would speak to her Operations Manager and call me back the following day. I thanked her for her concern. It is now Friday. I have not heard a word from her or a Spur representative which is disappointing as we are regular patrons at Spur and ironically, signed up for Spur cards that same night.

I'm so disappointed. It seems that in order to get a response or get something done, one has to become irate and scream and shout at people. This is not my manner but it angers me that Spur representatives don't even have the decency to call me back and resolve this issue.
