Shocking service

Upon visiting KFC with my 4 year old son yesterday, my son saw the poster in the window of the Ben10 promotion. i understand these are there to attract children. once we ordered the staff member told us that the promotion was over and that the head office had sent the wrong poster. how do u explain this to an excited 4yr old who just wants his Ben10 toy.
no apologies just blatantly told as if we were wasting his precious time. this is not the first time we have had a disapointing time at KFC.
i think NANDOS is a much better choice... and atleast they care about customer service
