Poor service

I called KFC Clearwater at 18:42 pm to order, at 19:56 my order was had not arrived, i called and told by the Manager (Itumeleng) that maybe the driver (Deez) got lost.
He said he will call the driver to find out where he is, at 20:03 - Itumeleng the manager called me back to tell me THAT THE DRIVER SAYS HE WILL ARRIVE IN 15 MIN.
MIND YOU!!! MY ORDER WAS PLACED AT 18:42.
I AM NOT HAPPY. AT ALL.
This is not the first time i have to wait an hour to receive my delivery. The last time i tweeted your account and was ignored while the account was active and posting tweets.
