Pre-order posters given to other customers

You advertise that there will be a poster included if you pre-order COD Ghosts, I thus placed my order last week already, just to get to the shop yesterday to collect the game and the poster, and the dude there telling me they ran out as they just dished out the posters to all customers - surely everyone that pre-ordered should have had first priority???
I will never order through you again!
