The most laughable answering service

I have attempted, on numerous occasions, over the past few months to call your Modderfontein branch to place an order for either collection or delivery and each time, all I get is the most pathetic answering service!

"Your call cannot be taken right now and you cannot leave a message, please try again later."

Is that how much we give a about losing orders? Why don't you just add to that message: "If you call back cool, but if you don't, that's perfectly fine too."

If your lines are so congested with customers calling in to place their orders, why have you not, in all these months, not installed an additional telephone line with an additional employee handling the incoming calls!? Surely the revenue generated from the orders you are currently losing, will far outweigh the cost of an additional employee?

Very disappointing from a much loved South African brand.
