Very poor Service

On Saturday, 28 September - NO Strawberry Sunrise Sparklers, so we received the Mohjito Sparklers instead, because personnel could not 'find' the Strawberry flavouring and after almost an half an hour we were told they were out of stock. In the parkinglot, about to leave, other clients left with Strawberry Sparklers. On Sunday 29 September we went back for Sparklers again and was told they had no lemon. On Saturday, 5 October we bought a 6 piece family meal. We got 3 decent pieces of chicken, but have no idea what to call the other 3 pieces. On Sunday 6 October they had no Ice Cream and was told they only had Milkshakes, and yet again, no chocolate flavour. Very very dissapointed in the service we received. Not only are they always out of stock, but they take forever to assist you.
