Pathetic service

Yesterday I stopped by the KFC. I was served by a lady that seemed to have such a bad attitude, not my first time being served by her. It seems that she is because on previous occasions I have received the same treatment. When I order the family 8 piece meal, with 2 milkshakes, pops and small burgers as sides with a Tower Rounder she made the milkshakes, they use the same machine just different settings, the milkshakes were sludge, the strawberry milkshake was half chocolate and half pink, it was so disgusting that my 3 year old daughter refused to drink it. When she started putting in the chicken she took from the tray that seemed nearly empty, when I asked for the fresh pieces she took them and literally threw them into the container. Previously I asked for fresh pieces as she gives the black clients fresh pieces right away but to me and another guy that was there we were given from the nearly empty tray. When you insist on the fresh tray then she rolls her eyes at you. Their service is really slow as well you wait at least 10 to 20 mins to get service as they only have 2 persons working the till at any given time.
