Non-existent service

I visited the store on 28/09/2013 at about 20:45 and stood at the counter till 21:30 before anyone came to me. They were all too busy making up orders for the drive-through and ignored counter service. They seemed to be running out of chicken and when the male assistant eventually came to me, I asked for hot/spicy wings and I was told that they had run out. Had they communicated earlier that they were running out of chicken the customers at the counter could have went to the other branch in the CBD (High Street) or made some other arrangements. I accept that these things happen but communicate early to prevent frustration. As it happened, the other branch was just about to close when I got there and I had to buy MacDonalds instead.
