I ordered a triple decker chicken yesterday, i requested that the chicken be taken out and replaced with feta, add extra chillies and pinapples due to fasting. the branch had no one to deliver the pizza so i had to make arrangements to pick it up. when i opened the box, i found that there were no chillies that we paid for, there was no peppers that come with the pizza and the pizza had hardly any filling at all. the so called cream cheese was dried and the pizza looked nothing like the pizza they would advertise for. after making numerous calls, they sent sent another pizza which was worse than the first. so i called in the delivery guy and even he himself said that he never saw pizzas as bad as this. when we called up again, the manager nishaan tells me there is no chillies yet he had charged me for it. i also have pictures of these pizzas.i have so much more to complain about but i cant type it all in this box..eventually at 10.30pm we had to request that they refund our money and we went to sleep on an empty stomach. if somebody could get back to me i can give them a detailed discript as well as how unco-operative the manager was. i have the slip and pics. i hate debonaires phnx
