What is the point?

A couple of weeks ago I posted a complaint here after the 10th round of shocking service. I received a call apologizing and offering to replace the meal. On the 9th I decided to take up on offer. I phoned to ensure that it was fine and was put though to "Kloggie" told to come in she was aware of it. When my husband got there, the staff were rude. He had to wait for "Kloggie" who had NO idea what he was talking about. She phoned me and I explained AGAIN! When I told her that I would like milkshakes this time she said that you always have milkshakes I musn't moan and put the phone down. She proceeded to slam around the restaurant and eventually brought my husband the food. When he queried why the milkshakes were strawberry she told him to not moan as it is free. He told her we are allergic to strawberry and after much moaning went to change to vanilla. However she left the kiddies one as strawberry which were unaware of until my daughter tasted it. Luckily we were able to get the medicine in time. When asking where is our little ones toy hubby was told NO toy and she walked away, leaving my baby to cry. Food was cold and tasted like rubber. I will NEVER go back!
