Disgusting Service

I came there with a large crowd on Saturday 26th jan 2013. I need to comment on how disgusted i was on the service from our Waiter and general service, apart from your bar staff that were excellent. We waited over 2 hours to get our starters which was only for 3 people so i was absolutely shocked. The knowledge of the food from the waiter was dismal. We got given the wrong food several times when it eventually arrived. Plus we specifically came for the R19 cocktail special which is indicated on your website that runs on a sat as well, to arrive and be told that changed six months ago. So false advertising as you cant update your website from 6 months ago. overall 4-6 hours to get a starter and main meal. Needless to say because of this disgusting service we will never return. I never complain about anything but i was totally appalled that i needed to say something.
