Panarottis Pizza Pasta
Poor service

We went to panarottis friday 1 march and arrived at about 19:05. our starters took 25 minutes and the one starter were incorrect.
i sent it back and it was corrected, but our main meal was also a disaster as the waiter got the order wrong again, we had to send back our meat. My husband's main meal was right the 2nd time round, mine right the 3d time round. i do not understand!!! besides the starter and main meal, our waiter dissapeared...
i had to go to the front counter to pay, and guess what, spent another 10 minutes at the front as the card machine was missing! a meal that would normally take 1hour, took 2 hours. we got home after 21:00, due to pathetic service! food sucked, cant even prepare meat, cant get the order right, cant render customer service when needed. 2nd complaint, 1st complaint was last year, i phoned the regional manager to complain also about service.
