Staff consumes order the refuses service

On Sunday the 6th of October at around 4am I arrive at Steers and order a Big Bacon King steer and bacon hero roll., When I tried to pay my debit card was not accepted after numerous attempts due to my bank being temp off line. I then inform staff that I will fetch cash from home in order to pay. On my return approx. 25 min later with the outstanding amount of R114.00 the staff tell me that quote " The food is gone" so I request that they please check in the back and please warm up for me if they can. she returns from back saying that the exact order was sold to another customer. I then request the exact same order to which they reply that "there is no food now because they are cleaning. I must stop being a stupid and go, dont think because Im white I can do what I want. after 6." As I leave the store I notice on the outside customer tables the empty boxes of the order I placed. I am shocked at this service. I travel this road daily but will never make use of that service station again
