Nasty surprise orde

On 22/02/2013, I bought a Hero chicken/cheese and bacon roll at Steers Sunnypark for take-away, after getting home (15km's away from Sunnypark) with anticipation to eat my food, i find that what i was given doesnt look like the Hero roll that is being advertised even on the Steers website. I found two small hotdog rolls with lots of mayonnaise, some trace of lettuce/chicken and cheese..not the sesame seed roll i expected, i am so not buying steers anymore :( ... I was not informed when placing my order that they do not have the displayed roll, this is unacceptable..
