Raw & Cold Bacon is NORMAL

On 18/10 we arrived and placed our order. We then saw it was nearly closing time but was told it was ok by the waitress. My burger arrived with cold, raw bacon on it. I complained and said I had offered to take the food away as take aways and this was not acceptable to now give us RAW food. To keep the peace I offered to take the food away and cook it more at home. They offered me 2 tiny containers that would not even hold one plates food. Staff all thought it was a big joke were laughing. Manager GARY made no attempt to apologise at any time and became aggressive and abusive implying that cold bacon did not mean raw bacon, this despite the bacon still being totaly pink and the fat still being the same white as when raw. COLD was actually freezer cold but GARY thought this was just a personal "taste" issue. When I told him if he felt so strongly it was okay, why does he not eat it, at which time he became even more aggresive and basically told us we could do him a favour and report him to whoever as he does not give a. A refund was given but only after further fighting. GARY if you your staff represent STEERS you!!! DISGUSTED. Toilets were also filth
