Against the law?!!!

I am extremely frustrated with the "manager" Louisa Florence Nkosi at the Willow Crest branch!!! We always buy Soulfire sachets there, almost always R10 at a time. We prefer the sachets because it is just enough for a meal, however, during my trip to the branch with a colleague, wanting to buy R16's worth of sachets (R8 each) we were informed that "it is against the law to buy so many"?!! "Law" says that they cannot sell more than 10 to one customer. Okay, help me if I'm wrong, but it's R1 for 3 sachets, so how do you get 10? After a heated debate, I was only allowed to buy R5's worth (note to prior mentioned, I always bought about R10 at a time...), this amounts to 15 sachets, so I guess Louisa Florence Nkosi broke the "law" there!!!

So, can you guys please inform me what law Chicken Licken follow, and where I can get this Act, so that I can put it up at Chicken Lickens nationwide, seeing that you are not allowed to order items from the menu.

I am extremely frustrated at this moment in time, and I am going to lay this same complaint on Facebook and I am going to call the consumer hotline, this is unacceptable!!! Awaiting your feedback.
