Burned chicken for suppe

Visited Nando's Jabulani Mall On 24th March 2013 around 08:00pm. I ordered wings (extra hot) with spicy chips plus quarter chicken (breast Extra hot) spicy chips and a roll take away. I stay 5 min away from Nandos Jabulani. I went straight home to enjoy my meal. Upon arrival The wings & the breast were dry, hard & burned. No salt, sources sachets & butter for the roll. The chips were not spicy as requested. This is unacceptable. I cannot pay the full amount and not enjoy my food. After I bought the take away to enjoy. I sleep with a 2 slice of bread & peanut butter. I did not eat or enjoy my food coz it was hard, burned. Please rectify this as it was not the 1st time.

Not a happy customer.
