Disgusting food and service from Manage

As a family of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids. We left the store disappointed and hungry, my 6 year old daughter didn't even get food! After ordering a spaghetti and meatball dish from the kiddies menu and getting a cut up piece of hamburger patty, as if that was not bad enough we get macaroni and cheese with frozen cheese! We get given a piece of rump steak when we ordered a Fillet, like we wouldn't notice the difference; the kitchen comes back responding... oh we don't know what happened! We asked for veggies and got ice cold pumpkin and "chips" because the spinach was finish. Then we ordered bangers and mash, they returned by saying they didn't have bangers, they replaced the bangers with chicken strips, which was fine but we only got the gravy for the mash after the dish was eaten. My partner ordered a super steak, they brought a mega steak! We eventually called the manager as this is unacceptable, as paying customers we expect to get decent food, he eventually came "his name is Gray' the most unprofessional looking manager I have ever seen, he didn't apologise. Upon leaving the store disgusted, another manager "which we saw sleeping on a couch a few minutes before" came to say sorry
