What a disappointment on Valentines day

My husband, myself and two of my friends decided to go to spur for Valentines day. As we are regular customers of spur, we had no doubt in our minds that this experience would be great as always, but boy were we wrong. There is nothing wrong i can say about the service as it was perfect as always, but for the food i have a very different story. I ordered rump steak, my husband t-bone, my friends chicken and t-bone. Firstly my rump was so tough it tasted like stewing steak or some cheap piece of meat. There was almost more fat than meat on. My husbands t-bone was even worse - needles to say we didn't finish our food. My friends schnitzel was so dry that she had to wash it down with something to drink. She also didn't finish her food. On the other hand the other t-bone we ordered was absolutely perfect as i would expect all our food should have been. I am very disappointed in the food we received and will think twice before we go and eat there again. Its so sad because we love our spur, but not for the quality of food we received last night.
