Highly Disappointed and Disgusted Custome

We sat down and almost immediately ordered some drinks for the table. After waiting for 15minutes the waiter returned to clarify if I ordered red or white wine after I clearly stated when we originally ordered. After waiting a shocking 90minutes the starters arrived. The two men only took two bites of the starters and the mains arrived not giving them time to finish their starters. When all of us made the first cut through the piece of steak it was as clear as daylight that the steak was still raw! All four of us ordered the steak medium but the steak looked like it didn't even touch heat. The two ladies lost their appetite after being there for over 2hours and being served raw food. We had to ask for more bread cause we waited so long and the men were starving. My husband sent his back with the hope receiving it back like it was actually ordered. They arrived back with the same piece of steak 20minutes later still raw. The manager offered to fix it himself third time around but by then the evening was ruined. We were told it's a new chef but new or old should know how to prepare steak. It was also made known that they were understaffed but there was only 3 tables!
