Disgusting service

I love KFC and the closest branch to my home is in Maitland, Cape Town. I have previously complained to KFC directly but it seams that things are not improving.

I have complained about the hygiene in store, the surfaces were dirty where the food was being served and packed for customers and could be seen from the counter. The swipe maching at the drive through was broken for a long time and it meant that late at night I needed to park my car in a dodgy area, so I just went to another fast food place.

A few weeks ago I logged a complaint on the KFC website but have not received any response. I went to the same branch to find the drive through closed because the staff were changing sign boards and at the same time one of the female staff was WAVING A CHIP FRYER OUTSIDE, I'm not sure why it was being done outside but that is unhygenic to say the least.

The cherry on top was that before I could say anything i was told that there is no chicken available. I could not get chicken at KFC!!! It was a while before the store was closing so I could not understand why they couldnt fry more chicken.
