Spur Steak Ranches
NUTS!

So yesterday my bf took me out for supper, and we had a nice meal at n1 city spur, services was bit slow, but the rugby was on... so i decided to round of a perfect meal with ice cream and nutty choc sauce... got the ice cream and a tiny bit of choc sauce (wich decorated the glass) and no sauce or nuts on the side (as stated on the NEW menu)... so when i asked the manager, she got cheeky with me and said that this particular "dessert" is discontinued yet its still on the menu... so she got even more cheeky and tried to make our waiter look as if he is the instead of just informing the people at the dessert station how to make the dessert... i can handle no nuts, but rude/cheeky staff is not cool at all

its not the first time, and i refuse to NOT go there just because of services i its only one or two people thats the rotten eggs.

so best is to keep grumpy staff in the kitchen to do dishes and keep them away from customers, some of the staff there extremely negative and very very neverminded, they seem to think if you a regular its ok to be treated like and faults can just be laughed /blown off
