Mothers Day ruined

After a great lunch, my husband decided to treat me to some dessert, which so happens to be at Spur who serve really great desserts. We arrived there, and another lady escorted us to a table. After sitting another lady came and brought our menus. She didnt great nor serve with a smile, she just asked what we want to drink. my husbands friend ordered the drinks and I requested the dessert menu and we told her we are only here for dessert. She left and returned with my water and their drinks, she dropped off the dessert menu and disappeared. we waited over 25 minutes for her to return to take my ONE dessert order. I spoke to the manager about this and he sent someone else to tend to me, but I had to have a take away because i was very unhappy and disappointed and the lack of skill that greeted me on such a happy day for me! my night was ruined!

More attention should be paid to the kind of people you hire to serve your customers, it could change ones decision to return there. I might just be one customer with my dessert order but really, i also deserve good service no matter what im therefore.
