Terrible attitude, Horrible service, out of stock

Arrived at the drive thru just before 8pm on Saturday 28/09/2013.
In the queue behind three cars, we sat stationary for about 10min. When we got to the order window, the attendant was gone, after a while I had to hoot to get her attention. She slinked around the corner and without greeting me just stared and me and said, "Ya? "
I placed my order, she told me that they don't have, didn't apologize or offer something else, she turned her back, pulled out her cellphone and ignored us.
This is not the first time I have experienced this, it just seems service is getting worse. There is no other drive-thru in Vryheid so I would imagine they don't feel the need to give good service because there is no competition.
