Disgusting hygiene

I am disgusted at the state of the Trinity Village KFC. I was just there to get a snack burger, I was given an ice cold burger so I requested a fresh one. The till lady went to the kitchen to do this herself (her watched carefully-I could see into the kitchen) she didn't clean her hands after handling money, she just went into the kitchen, made a burger, walked out and handed it straight to me. I asked for the manager who never came and as I was rushing I had to leave. The place is a mess, the dustbins are overflowing with waste, the floors have rubbish floating around! This is not a very inviting place for hungry customers.

Disgusted.
