When you say Medium please supply Medium

I have just come back from purchasing 2 medium Hake and Chips from the Norkem Park Branch. Man what a surprise, the fish was so small I had to search the chips to find it. I guess they ran out of medium fish so provided a very small piece of fish with an end piece of another. I find this totally unacceptable, when I order medium I expect to receive a medium piece of fish not a sample.

Yes I guess I could of gone back to the shop but it would of cost more petrol to fix up their up.

Come on Fishaways supply what you should and don't do the customer in... All you have to say is we don't HAVE and the customer can then make a choice to change the order..

Highly disappointed.
