Our office staff is regular customers of Basha Rosebank.
Today 26/09/2013 we phoned them before 12 for a delivery of 3 Schwarma's and a few samoosas.
The lady that took the order, could not hear our address, and my colleague that placed the order had to repeat the address, even though they deliver to us often, on a weekly basis.
After the lady from Basha repeated the order which was correct, they delivered the wrong order!
The driver delivered at 12:20 and left. I phoned them back to let them know that this is not what we ordered and I was told, that they will send us the correct order. 13:10 I phoned back and the lady did not know where our order was even after we paid them the first time! I then spoke to the Manager (Ebrahim) and he said that he will make the Scharwama's now for me.
13:38 the driver came back TO COLLECT THE INCORRECTLY DELIVERED SCHWARMA'S without delivering our correct order.
13:55 the driver returned with our WARM, FRESHLY made CORRECT Schwarma's, meaning that when I spoke to the the manager, he did not make it at the time I phoned!
Why did it takek them so long?
We had to phone and phone.
Ebrahim is not worth it to be a manager!
The driver apologized to us!
