Bad attitude

I just came from Varsity Bakery ordering a salad sub on a brown roll. The person assisting me behind the till sent me to the bread counter to collect bread (misunderstanding my request) when I returned the lady who sits in the glass office (think she is the manager) behind the till came out to assist. I informed her about my order she told me he was new, before I could respond on this she turned to the gentlemen behind the till and told him that their customers is impatient and insist on being helped immediately. I stood their for a second, could not believe my ears and cancelled my request immediately and told her what she said about me was not nice and left the cafe.

Varisty please treat your customers with respect I was not impatient or rude to any one. I come to your cafe at least 2 to 3 times a week and such treatment is not acceptable at all.
