Very Rude Owne

I phoned 14H00 and by 15h00 the food has still not arrived, I spoke to the Manager and told him about
the poor service, as we order regulary from them. The driver arrived at the Dealer where the order was supposed to be delivered and asked for a totally different person... Someone who doesn"t even work here.
(Listening Skills). The driver took off and when I phoned again to ask where the driver is, the owner answered the phone (very rude), and said she'll wait until the driver gets back to her shop and will then ask him what the story is, why he didn't deliver it to me, She also said I must order some where else, and when I ask her, in future just ask the driver to ask for the right person... She shouted and said I must not tell her how to train her drivers. This will be the last time I will ever order from Scooters Menlo Park.
