Bakery is a mess

We on several occasions had problems with the bakery at the Spar in Verwoerdpark Alberton.
A few times we were told that they don't bake bread rolls every day as the previousday's ones were not sold, other days when we phone to confirm if bread rolls will be baked for this day we were told yes and that we can collect it at this time when we arive there the rolls are not finished baking and we need to wait. The head of the bakery Michael does have an attitude and we discussed this matter with manegement of the shop but no solution was found. We also left message at the Complains dept at Spar but they don't return any calls
