Promises no delivery

Good day

I wrote a complaint a couple of months ago about the horrible service I received from your Brooklyn branch.

I got a call from a guy name Fracois/Jacques cant remember exactly. He apologised and promised to resolve the issue with the branch.

He then went on to offer a R150 voucher and send it to the Brooklyn store. I got to the store and there was no voucher, he then promised to email it to me. Till today I still have not received any voucher from him. I was impressed by his quick response, but rather dissapointed on the delivery of his promises.
