Annoying service

When i needed to do my upgrade, a consultant told me that it comes with a gift voucher and that i can use it anywhere. when i placed an order, no one new what i was talking about. i ended up talking to a manager who confirmed it, apologised and promised me my voucher. everyone is now playing hide and seek about the voucher issue. a few of your consultants have also to me more than once. i have all the names. its a long story and i cant get it all on here due to restrictions. i need to get my voucher as promised!!! its time people take their jobs and clients seriously. this is definately not what i signed for.
