Amazing manage

It has been almost a year since I last complimented Lawrence, but this weekend has again proven his value to your store, and others could well learn from him. We went out for lunch, my mother's steak (ordered well done) was more rare than my wife's (ordered medium), I then received chicken that was not properly cooked. After raising it with Edith (the waitress who too deserves accolades), she went to call the manager. Lawrence then came over apologised, explaining that there was a new (temporary) griller and offered to get me a new meal. I then ordered Beef, feeling that even a medium rare I could safely stomach without landing in the hospital :). He then even asked which meal I would like to be charged for (Even though the steak was more expensive, I felt it only right as it was the meal that I ate). This man in an asset to this store in my eyes and due to his handling of the situation, I will gladly return.
