Pathetic service and terrible attitude

We were out to lunch with a couple of friends
after orders were placed they were delivered slowly,
The waiters had no clue as to what they were serving and never served two patrons at all despite numerous reminders.
the only upside was the attitude of the owner
who was apologetic, understood the situation and assured me
that he would deal with the matte
