Bad attitude to bad food

Friend of mine went to have lunch and were served a burger and chips that looked like it was 5days old, when i asked the waitress to talk to the manager about it he simply shrugged his shoulders and carried on doing whatever it was he was doing, clearly not giving a about the fact that he was serving terrible food!
