Horrible Service

Morning Never have I received such bad service from anyone
in my life.. Last night around 9 I was at a KFC in
Jabulani mall the lady who was serving us was very
bad yet not even apologetic. She said her name is
Queen, when we got there she 1st told us that they
don't have any burgers which was not true, she then only gave us on serviette but we bought 3 meals and
serving us with an attitude. The worst was when we
had to go back bcos she billed us for rolls which she
didn't even include in our meals. Can such people be
dealt with please we can't be having them serving us,
if she has to go to customer care workshops to be taught how to deal with customers can it be organized
please!! I ended up not even enjoying my food
