Disgusting attitude towards patrons

This rude owner is chef uli staam. master chef thinks way too much of himself and is in desperate need of how to operate a business. The fact that he challenges diners in his restaurant shows the level of immaturity that paying patrons can well do without. The fact that he refuses to apologise is not surprising given his lack of concern for his customers. I experienced this outragous behaviour from him when i was served substandard food and he refused to take responsibility for it. I cant believe one would find this level of service where a business owner cannot take constructive critism and fix his bad attitude. It normally does not last long. people will get to know. a pity because he can make good food
