Bad Service but good food

This afternoon my two colleagues and i went to have lunch at JB's corner in Melrose Arch and to our surprise looked like the waiter was in a bad mood or tired. We sat at table number 25 and took her about 10mins to get our drink orders. She came back with my colleagues drinks and mine came later on, when she served my Ferrero Roche milkshake she just threw me/threw the milkshake on the table and turned to served the other table next to us.
The food was delivered but there was no cutlery on our table until it was brought later on. She just did not give us much attention and that made us feel unwelcomed.
We all enjoyed the food, compliments to the chef, but i wish Pretty would change her attitude. It looked liked she was making us a favor by serving us.
