Family goes to bed hungry

Order for one large pizza placed at 7:10pm, told it will take 45 min to 1 hour - no problem considering its pay day.
1hr 30 min later I call to find out where my order is and am told its on its way (we live less than 1.2km from branch). 1hour 50 minutes later I phone to speak to branch manager (who will not give his name) and am told he will lokk into it. Five minutes later a member of staff phones to tell me that the driver has left on his later run with my order. This is already now 8:45pm. Driver shows up at 9:15pm as upset as I am because he has been fighting with the cashier who insists that she processed my order - clearly not. After waiting more than 2 hours I was still expected to pay for my order - which I send back as I had already sent my kids to bed with tea and toast for supper. SHOCKING SERVICE FOR DEBONAIRS considering that I stay in a complex 400 to 500 units large less than 1.5km away that probably account for a large chunk of their clientel.
