KFC Hillcrest runs out of chicken, AGAIN!!

Went to the drive thru to get a burger. I waited for almost 30 min!!! The line wasn't moving, and there wasn't many customers. I stay about 5min drive from the shop, and my cars trip computer read 43min when I got back!! They said that they had "run out of chicken". They did not even apologize for making me wait.

Now this would have been acceptable if it was a once off thing, but it happens 50% of the time whenever I go there!!! This should be a easy problem to fix, and I haven't experienced the same problem at any other KFC's. What is going on???
