KFC Hillcrest - Pathetic

Hi have frequented KFC for years and have been using and supporting the KFC in hillcrest durban for the past 3 years. Well there is much to be desired regarding customer service at this branch. I keep visiting thinking that my experience will be better the next but having been disappointed in no less than 10 times in a row (no exaggeration) it's time to stick to McDonalds which i might as is directly across the road. KFC Hillcrest or KFC SA can learn a thing or two, actually learn loads from McDonalds. The drive through is ridiculous and blocks parking bays, you buggered if you do park cos you can't get out and have to wait 10 mins or more to get a break, You in the drive only to wait forever to get your meal or served (They are utterly slow), or their card machines are down WITH NO SIGN INFORMING CUSTOMERS BEFORE JOINING THE QUEUE, Many a times it happens, asked to park, WHY??? when you go through a drive through for quick assistance you must park and wait, they forget to include items paid for, chicken undercooked (red/raw inside) or skin dark either old oil or something and wraps killed with sauce, & ordering individual pieces at premium price and are small. HELLO MCDONALDS...
