BAD SERVICE DURING DECEMBER ORDERS

I experienced really bad service from kfc scottburg during the december period. i went in to buy a kfc burger and was told there is no buns, i then asked for pops, i was then told there is no stock of that either, i had heard all of this for the first time after waint in the que for more than an hour, i then decided to have chicken pieces, but to my dismay there was no chicken, and chicken was just put in the fryers, there wasa more that 15 customers in shop waiting for chicken but only then didi they decide to put in chicken, after we had collected our food and left, we noticed that the chicken was not cooked properly. please can someone call me back.
